At Giant Vapes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund or exchange status.
